Partnering with National Co-Working Space Program involves providing a suitable space and ensuring it meets the necessary requirements.
The building must be a
co-working or under-utilized space with at least 5,000 sq. ft. and 100 seats in major cities or 2,700 sq. ft. and 50 seats in smaller cities.
The building must have civic amenities , be accessible, litigation-free, ideally located in District/Tehsil HQs for freelancer access.
Must include an adequate power supply with backup arrangements and car parking facilities for smooth operations.
The building must be available for five years, with applicants submitting a BoQ for loans and managing setup and operations.
With a target of 250 National Co-Working Space Program centers across Pakistan, we aim to create a nationwide network that empowers freelancers, startups, and digital entrepreneurs.
