Participation Cost:
PSEB & TDAP are provide a total 60% subsidy on participation cost. Selected companies will contribute a subsidized amount of Rs. 395,300/- per delegate.
Application & payment process:
PSEB invites interested companies to submit their applications on TDAP portal by Tuesday, August 12, 2025, along with a Pay Order of PKR 395,300/-
Pay Order should be made in favour of TDAP – Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (NTN: 9033400-7) and dispatched to Mr. Talha Majeed, Assistant Director, TDAP, 62-Garden Block, Garden Town, Lahore. Relevant companies shall be selected on basis of export remittances as per SBP records and HR strength.
Note: Pay-orders submitted by unsuccessful companies will be returned after the selection process.
Important Notes:
1- Companies will be responsible for making their own boarding and lodging arrangements.
2- Companies will be responsible for their visa applications; however, PSEB will provide:
- Invitation letter from the organizer
- PSEB’s facilitation letter to the Delegates
