Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) is exploring the possibility of adding service providers to the existing Digital Services Providers list. The list is maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan under Para 14A, Chapter 14 of the Foreign Exchange Manual which can be referenced at https://www.sbp.org.pk/fe_manual/pdf/2020/Chp-14.pdf.
The Digital Service Providers list includes approved overseas vendors to whom Pakistani ICT companies can make international payments for digital services. It is more convenient to make payments to international vendors that are in the Digital Services Providers list.
