Partnering with e-Rozgaar involves providing a suitable space and ensuring it meets the necessary requirements.
The building must be a
co-working or under-utilized space with at least 5,000 sq. ft. and 100 seats in major cities or 2,700 sq. ft. and 50 seats in smaller cities.
The building must have civic amenities , be accessible, litigation-free, ideally located in District/Tehsil HQs for freelancer access.
Must include an adequate power supply with backup arrangements and car parking facilities for smooth operations.
The building must be available for five years, with applicants submitting a BoQ for loans and managing setup and operations.
Include a cover letter with a filled application form (Annexure-I) and a proposed methodology detailing your awareness strategy, operational plan, team structure, monitoring process, and freelancer selection criteria (Annexure-II).
Provide proof of ownership or use, a detailed layout (Annexure-III), certification of commercial/industrial status, and a notarized declaration of being litigation-free.
Submit notarized Power of Attorney, a detailed Financial Proposal (Annexures IV(a) & IV(b)), quality specifications (Annexure-VI), and suitable bank-accepted collateral.
Ensure availability of amenities, submit company registration and NTN certificates, a five-year facility undertaking, and a completed document checklist (Annexure-VIII).
