EOI: Nominations for DCO Observers and Partners

The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO), an international multilateral body focused on advancing digital prosperity, has extended an invitation for Pakistan to nominate leading companies, institutions, and organizations to join its ecosystem. This provides a unique opportunity for Pakistani entities to strengthen their international visibility, build strategic alliances, and contribute to shaping the global digital economy.

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites its member companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for consideration under the DCO’s two engagement tracks: Observers and Partners.

The DCO brings together governments, organizations, and private sector stakeholders to accelerate digital inclusion, promote cross-border cooperation, and create shared opportunities in the digital economy. Application Process

To streamline nominations, PSEB has created a Google Form for member companies. Please follow the steps below:

  • Access the Form: Click here to complete the EOI Google For
  • Provide Required Details
    • Basic organizational information (name, website, type of entity, sector)
    • Contact person details (name, designation, email, phone)
    • Category selection (Observer or Partner)
    • Brief description of your organization and mandate
    • Proposed areas of collaboration with DCO
    • Justification for why your organization should be nominate
  • Submit the Form
    • Ensure all mandatory fields are filled before submission
  • Review by PSEB
    • PSEB will consolidate submissions and finalize nominations for onward submission to the DCO.
  • Deadline for Submission
    • All EOIs must be submitted to PSEB no later than: October 05, 2025
