The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) invites women and youth-led businesses from its 16 Member States to participate in WE-Elevate, a program designed to transform enterprises into digital-first brands with global growth potential.
Through a dual-track approach, WE-Elevate empowers participants to build capacity, gain financial inclusion, and leverage e-commerce scalability:
– Track 1 – E-Commerce Readiness Program: Strengthening digital and entrepreneurial skills.
– Track 2 – Trading Program: Enhancing market access through subsidized onboarding onto e-commerce platforms.

- Complete the eligibility form.
- Once accepted, create your business profile.
- Begin your self-paced learning journey.
